Permaculture courses

We understand that circumstances sometimes change and that you may not be able to attend a course that you paid for.

Intro Course and workshop Policy:

As long as you notify us at least seven (7) days prior to the the commencement of the course Pacific Permaculture will refund your course fee.  Regretfully we will need to deduct an administration fee of $35 to cover our costs.  Alternatively we can credit the full amount towards any future course.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if we are not notified seven (7) days before the course.

Full Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) Policy:

While we understand that "life is what happens while we are making other plans." We also ask that you understand that the planning and preparation that goes into hosting and teaching a PDC is extensive.  Unfortunately we have had to turn down willing students due to full course bookings only to have cancellations closer to the course start, as a consequence we have run course with empty spaces that could have been filled.

If you do need to cancel on a full PDC we will withhold a %20 service fee on the full tuition rate. This applies to early bird registrants as well.

For example...

Full price: $1500
Early Bird Price Paid: $1300 +GST ($65)

Cancellation Fee: $300

Amount Refunded: $1065

Alternatively the full amount can be credited to any of our future courses, within a year of initial registration date.
